This course demonstrates how Agile is a mindset based on values and principles, not a methodology or framework

It covers the basic practices of Scrum and Kanban, but also focuses on why the practices work and why different thinking is required to succeed

Attendees will acquire the skills to competently and proficiently work as part of a team on an Agile project
